60 minutes session: This full hour of personal training allows you and your trainer to lead you through a higher volume of work which mean more exercises, more sets, more calories burned or more muscle built. You will generate faster results with more weight loss, muscle build, and endurance.
How your Personal Trainer can help you
There is no magic secret to improving ones health and fitness (although there are plenty of people trying to sell them) other than regular exercise and eating a balanced diet of whole foods. I think we are all aware that moving more and eating the right foods make us all feel and look better but finding the way to do this is another story.
